2. Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree only to connect WordPress websites that you legally own or have explicit authorization to manage.

3. Acceptable Use & Content Restrictions

You agree NOT to use Publisher Pro to generate content that is:

• Illegal, defamatory, or promoting violence.
• Sexually explicit or obscene.
• Infringing on intellectual property rights or trademarks.
• Designed to execute malicious automated attacks (e.g., spamming or phishing).

We reserve the right to instantly terminate any account found violating these restrictions without a refund.

4. Uptime and Liability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Publisher Pro relies on third-party APIs (WordPress REST, DeepSeek, Gemini). We are not liable for publishing delays caused by server outages on your host, or API downtime from our AI partners.
