Refund Policy

Because Publisher Pro incurs immediate, non-recoverable hard costs for every AI generation and API call executed on your behalf, we operate under a strict refund policy.
1. Standard Policy
We do not offer refunds on used API credits or active subscription cycles. Once our AI engines generate an article or landing page and deduct a credit, that computational cost has been spent and cannot be refunded.
2. The Free Trial Exception
We provide 2 free generation credits to all new accounts immediately upon signup. We strongly encourage you to use these free credits to test the quality of the content and the compatibility of your WordPress connection before upgrading to a paid tier.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Canceling prevents your card from being charged on the next billing date. You will retain access to your remaining API credits and dashboard features until the current billing cycle expires. Unused credits do not roll over if a subscription expires.
4. Technical Failures
If a fatal system error on our end deducts credits from your account without successfully publishing the requested content to your site (and the failure is not due to your WordPress host blocking our API), please contact [email protected] within 7 days. We will manually verify the engine logs and happily restore the lost credits to your account.
